By using this Website, you (“Member”, “You”) certify that You have read and reviewed this Agreement and that You agree to comply with its Terms. If You do not want to be bound by the Terms of this Agreement, You are advised to stop using the Website. Vamospanglish only grants use and access of this Website and the content, products, services, and materials contained within the Website (the “Content”) to those who have accepted its Terms.

Vamos reserves the right to terminate accounts/Memberships, edit or remove Content, and cancel orders at Our sole discretion. If termination of an account/Membership results from a violation of this Agreement, any payment made will be deemed earned and forfeited.

Disputes

If mediation fails, the disputes will proceed to binding arbitration administered by ADR Systems. The arbitration award is final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vamospanglish and its affiliates harmless against legal claims arising from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our legal counsel.
Limitation on Liability
Vamospanglish is not liable for any damages that may occur due to your misuse of the Website.
Duration of Membership
Upon the creation of your paid Membership, You will receive prompt access to the Website’s Content. All Memberships automatically renew unless canceled. Failure to pay will result in termination of the Membership. You can cancel the automatic renewal anytime.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your Membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued due to immediate access to Content.
